Will Harding
Founder
Will has worked in the wine industry for over a decade, including several years living on the doorstep of Saint-Émilion. He founded élevage after questioning why wine travel had remained largely unchanged while luxury travel had moved on — bringing fine wine into a more modern world of adventure, wellness and culture, and connecting the great estates with a new generation of wine lovers.
Cécile Laurent
Cécile brings experience across high-growth businesses and the private world of UHNW clients. A former COO, she helped take a start-up from a £50m to £300m valuation, following a background in Business Intelligence and Private Security. Having also spent several years in and around Bordeaux, she brings formidable operational experience to every élevage Expedition.

Rokas is an established force in luxury creative production, having collaborated with global brands including NET-A-PORTER and Tiffany & Co. He brings a wealth of production experience to élevage, helping shape the ideas, details and visual world behind each Expedition. Working across fashion, luxury and culture ensures every Expedition feels distinctly élevage.

Alain brings a lifetime of knowledge and passion for fine wine to élevage, with a deep appreciation for the world’s great wines and vintages. He helps seek out exceptional bottles — often old, rare and unexpected — using their provenance and stories to bring the narrative and atmosphere of each Expedition to life.
