By lunch, you could be boarding a helicopter to gather oysters on the Atlantic coast alongside an esteemed Chablis producer. Dinner might be joined by an unannounced guest before the night carries on in a secret cellar, opening bottles rarely seen beyond it.

Access alone is not what makes élevage different. Some can be bought; some cannot. Our difference is a level of curation we have not seen before in wine travel. We approach each Expedition almost like a film — considering the cast, setting, pace, unexpected turns and, above all, the smallest details. People, places, bottles and experiences that would rarely find themselves in the same story are brought together and shaped around those joining us.
